The return can be done within 48 hours after your order is delivered.
- Products must be in original condition and include all labels & tags intact.
- Returns should only be for items that are damaged/defective or are entirely different than to the one which is shown online.
- It is mandatory to capture a video/photo before shipping the package or handling it to our courier partner.
- Returns are subject to approvals.

- Please rushed at your nearest INDIA POST office, courier your returns and send tracking details to our customer care number.
Who pays for shipping and what are the return charges?
- Shipping & returns if any is free within India.
Are there any duties and taxes?
- For customers within India, all prices specified on the website are inclusive of GST.
When will I get my refund?
- You will get your refund in 7 to 10 days.
Please Note: Once the product has been Shipped by you, it takes 5-7 working days for the product to reach our warehouse which then goes under Quality Check to ensure it is in original condition with all labels & tags intact. As soon as this process is completed, the refund will be initiated in your account within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation request for your order can be done within 24 hours of placing the order through the CUSTOMER SUPPORT EMAIL/WHATSAPP.

If the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. However, if the product(s) is found to be wrong/damaged, you can raise a return request within 7 days of order delivery.
